All accounts must be paid in full before an animal will be discharged.  A deposit may be
required prior to diagnostic procedures and treatment.

Estimates will be provided before treatment or surgery upon request.  Please communicate your financial limitations or concerns prior to your pet's care- this is your responsibility as the pet's owner.  We ethically cannot guarantee an outcome by law.  Estimates serve as general guidelines to cost, but are inexact- only a starting guess.   Daily communication about your pet's bill is encouraged.  Many variables are beyond our control- such as your pet's response to treatment, diagnostic discoveries, surgical complications, evolving problems, and home care- all can lead to unanticipated costs associated with your pet's care.
